Job Description:

• Certified and very experienced CA Technical Manager,
• Minimum 5 years of architecture, deployment, and support experience with the following:
• CA TNG (Unicenter renamed) - NSM now called Nimsoft server (web, app, db) monitoring and management support technologies
• CA Spectrum network discovery and monitoring
• CA APM Application Performance Monitoring, End User Experience and Business Service Management impact awareness.
• CA SOI Service Operations Interface, Service Monitoring Portal and Reporting, Event Management Consoles, Manage service views for Operations Engineering Management and Business Users.
