Job Description:
Lead Projects deployment / Solution Localization and support
business transformation as Business experts for PS & FICO
● Provide SAP expertise and business process
understanding on their domains to support alignment of Local Business processes
with Core Solution
● Guarantee that the deployed Core solution fits with
the business needs
● Define and formalize the adequate solution
alignment / CHR
● Support and Coach the DTLs & Key Users to
achieve the project on time and their activities after Go Live
● Aligning Optimizing the benefits expected from the
Core process implementation
Roles and Responsibilities :-
1 - Support Project with indepth SAP expertise and business
process understanding on their domains to support alignment of Local Business
processes with Core Solution)
● Provide SAP and related business expertise required
in Solution review sessions, scope and gap analysis and definition
● Identify, validate and arbitrate the Gap of the
local process with the local team and the Competence centre directions
● Define with Local management the detailed SAP job
roles matrix (allocating people to SAP job roles & business roles)
● Define the new local process and Data matching with
the Global Core System process.
2 - Guarantee that the deployed Core solution fits with the
business needs
● Identify the best appropriate Core System process
to support and improve the local domain efficiency
● Escalate the critical issues regarding
incompatibility of Core/Local process.
● Support project team in interface specification and
design
● In case of legacy in the project scope, drive
interface, data conversion and migration within assigned domain
● Contribute to the integration between domains of
the deployed solution
3 - Define and formalize the adequate solution alignment /
CHR
● Provide SAP knowledge and support in
documenting and justifying Project specific requirements (functional
specifications, Project organization model)
● Analyze, design and provide to Solution team
specific configuration data (ie. CFRs)
● When required formalize the Change request
(in Collaboration with the Core Solution Team) and get solution validation by
center Solution Team and Business Team
● Support Technical team (Solution Factory) in
building the local solution
● Ensure Solution testing when delivered by the
technical team
● Formalize defect formalization in the system
to ensure bug fixing by the technical team
4 - Support and Coach the DTLs & Key Users to achieve
the project on time and their activities after Go Live
● Lead the DTL (business Domain Team Leaders)
activities during the project phases, and by domain
● Drive localisation of project documentation
(training materials, tests scripts…)
● Define the scope of the testing campaigns,
localize (and create if needed) tests scripts
● Provide SAP Expertise to support DTL / Key
User testing and acceptance
● Train the DTL, Trainers or Key Users and
support their training activities
● Supports the business management in the
Business Transformation
● Support the Key Users / End User in solving
utilization issues following the Go Live
● Conduct coach sessions with the Key Users and
End Users to formalize their autonomy ramp up and monitoring (through provided
dashboards and KPIs)
5 - Optimize the benefits expected from the Core process
implementation
● In coordination with the Business
Transformation Manager and University / Training manager , they are the
key change agents in their domains.
