Manager notes: Process Manager Role – Process/Product Manager – Not to support a project but BAU. Support 360. Monitoring customer activities on web properties (online balances/statements/transfers). This person would own processes that are in existence and have documentation. Make sure that it is staying updated or adding new processes. They will work with delivery team for new builds. Provide activity logging requirements. Managing customer issues (loading statements) and working on clean-up activities.

Skill set:

Process Management /Product Management. Pulling Data to look at to see what happens over time. BO and BOBJ and SPLUNK is new. They will be trained they do not have to have Splunk/BOBJ. 

Description:

• Provides business process or systems support that may include duties such as root cause analysis, mapping of current processes or systems, iterative problem definition and hypothesized improvement opportunities. Experience using SIPOC analysis, process maps, and RACI, Six Sigma or other related methodologies.  May include facilitation of Kaizen events.  May involve re-engineering of existing processes.
• Includes facilitation of organizational change and performance measures.
• Service experience 5+ years in financial services environment
• Related Experience 3+ years BSA experience desired but not required
• Capital One Experience Desired but not required
• Quantitative & Analytical Skills Excellent – strategic application of experience; Demonstrated experience supporting business process improvement projects
• Methodologies Extensive demonstrated experience in two or more methodologies
• Ability to effectively communicate across multiple levels (Executive Sponsors to team members).  Influencing skills highly developed.
• Proven ability to lead a diverse group towards resolution when faced with ambiguous situations

Job Description:

• The Information Security Officer (ISO) assists members and their employees in utilizing information effectively while protecting its confidentiality and ensuring the appropriate use. 
• He/She is the central coordinator of information security for Client.
• The ISO provides leadership in matters of information security and confidentiality. 
• He/She identifies and reports the status of information security including problem areas and recommended enhancements to the PHP Corporate Compliance Committee with oversight responsibility for information security.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required with a major - or field of interest - in information technology.
• Certified Information Systems Security Personnel (CISSP) required.
• A minimum of four years of information technology experience with increasing leadership responsibilities.

Skills/Other:  

• Advanced knowledge of personal computer applications for word processing, database and spreadsheets.
• Knowledge of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) preferred.
