This is a Full-time, on-site role for a US IT Senior Recruiter located
in Hyderabad (100% Onsite). As a US IT Senior Recruiter, you will be
responsible for sourcing, screening, and submitting talented candidates for new
and existing clients. Additionally, you will work closely with technical teams
and sales teams to identify business opportunities and provide custom talent
solutions.
Key
Responsibilities:
- Identify, source, and recruit top talent for technical positions
including software engineers, SRE, test automation, DevOps, and database
engineers.
- Build a strong pipeline of candidates through various sourcing
methods, including online job portals, social media, networking, and
employee referrals.
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate technical
skills, communication abilities, and cultural fit.
- Demonstrate expertise in US tax terms, H1b transfer processes, and
other work visas, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Drive the negotiation process, offering competitive compensation
packages to secure high-caliber candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical
requirements and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Actively participate in IT and technical communities to stay
updated on industry trends and connect with potential candidates.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Senior Technical Recruiter in
the US staffing industry.
- Strong understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C), H1b transfer
processes, and various US work visas.
- Technical background and the ability to assess and screen technical
candidates effectively.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- A proactive and results-oriented approach to recruitment.
- Experience with sourcing candidates using various platforms and
networking.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
