2 - Guarantee that the deployed Core solution fits with the business needs

●    Formalize defect formalization in the system to ensure bug fixing by the technical team

4 - Support and Coach the DTLs & Key Users to achieve the project on time and their activities after Go Live

●    Lead the DTL (business Domain Team Leaders) activities during the project phases, and by domain

●    Drive localisation of project documentation (training materials, tests scripts…)

●    Define the scope of the testing campaigns, localize (and create if needed) tests scripts
