Job Title: SAP Performance Testing Onsite Coordinator

Location: Houston, TX

Duration: Long Term

Job Description:

• Must have SOLID performance testing using LoadRunner & solid SAP Performance Testing experience.
• Minimum of 3+ years in an Onsite/Offshore Coordinator role.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Must have strong experience as Performance Testing Onsite/Offshore Coordinator - must be able to coordinate & manage the deliverables for 5-7+ offshore performance testers/engineers.
• Bridge the gap between the client & offshore team - hands-on testing as needed.
• 8+ years – Performance Engineering and Testing field
• 3+ years – Performance Test Lead
• 8+ years  - Hands on experience with HP Loadrunner Suite
• 3+ years of experience in an SAP environment - SAP WEB & GUI
• Analyze and understand performance and non-functional requirements and verify they are testable
• Analyze data and performance results
• Diagnose performance problems
• Develop Performance Test Plans
• Develop Test Scripts and Scenarios
• Setup and Execute Performance Test
• Capacity planning, estimations, and modeling
• Performance optimization and tuning of applications and infrastructure
• Profiling and monitoring of applications
• Defect Management
