Role: Business Analyst - Windows 7 migration project 

Location: Farmington, MI or Northridge, CA

Job Description:

• Designs overall Win 7 migration  by analyzing requirements  and data collected during the Discovery phase and discussion with Harman during Assessment and planning phase 
• Gather functional and business requirements from Harman  translate into a  solution design which meets Harman’s needs, provides maximum solution value, a within scope of Win 7 migration  
• Participate in weekly/Monthly status meetings
• Risk and Issue Analysis
• Collaborate with other Business Groups of Harman  to achieve customer satisfaction and resolve customer issues in a timely fashion 

All of these in a Windows 7 migration project with minimum 10,000 user base organization is mandatory.

• Candidate should have experience working on large scale Windows 7 migration projects. ( Minimum 2 to 3 years experience with Windows 7 migration projects)
• Needs to work with end users & business users to gather functional & business requirements.
• Work with the project team to convert these requirements to deliverables ( Especially during discovery & application rationalization phase)
• Candidates with project management experience on large windows 7 migration projects are also ok.
• Co-ordinate with business & end users for UAT and application compatibility tests.
• Create Systems Integration Test Scripts for all solutions that are created & developed by Wipro. 
• Coordinate with Application owners for their SIT & UAT testing
• Documentation of requirements, process and procedures.
• Conduct user trainings & awareness sessions.
