Job Title: Lotus Notes/SharePoint Migration Analyst
Location: Auburn Hills, MI
Duration: Long Term

Job Description:

• Lotus Notes to SharePoint Migration Analyst
• 5 years of Lotus Notes & Lotus Designer Experience
• Must understand Lotus Notes application structure – forms, views, navigation, etc.
• Must understand security schemes – ACL configuration, Readers/Writers security
• Lotus Notes Designer experience including both formula language and LotusScript used in forms, actions and agents.
• Must know all of Lotus Notes standard templates
• 
  
• 5 years of SharePoint Experience
• Must understand SharePoint architecture
• Must understand SharePoint OOB features
• Must understand SharePoint Configuration options
• Experience with various web parts, list types and libraries
• Experience creating workflows and designs.  Nintex workflow and Nintex forms experience is a plus.
• Understanding of SharePoint limits, best practices, etc.
• Must know all of SharePoint standard templates
• 
  
• 3 years Dell Migrator for Notes to SharePoint experience (Quest Notes Migrator for SharePoint)
• Experience creating database mapping
• Experience interpreting NMSP analysis ratings and numbers
• 3-5 years minimum of experience support and troubleshooting applications and database
• 3-5 years minimum of experience in application design and programming
• 3-5 years minimum of experience in database design and query / view programming  

Must have a deep understanding of

• 3-5 years Project Management Experience
• Excellent learning and communication skills. Interpersonal skills, to work with others on the team in trusting partnership, to help negotiate priorities
• Listening skills, ability to understand user needs in order to identify real business IT needs
• Analytical skills, to critically evaluate the information gathered from multiple sources
• Process flow analysis skills to evaluate process workflow for best business practice and efficiency
• Facilitation skills and presentation skills, to lead requirements workshops and keep the users engaged to provide tangible results
• Experience with offshore development team would be preferred
