Job Title: JAVA Technical Architect

Location: Philadelphia, PA.

Duration: 12 months

Job Description:

• 10+ years of experience creating architecture and interface documents and will assist in coding /POC as needed.
• The technical architect will have strong knowledge of using XML/Webservice based technologies and have created schema definition (XSD), WSDL, SOAP, ReST.
• In addition, have strong Java/J2EE knowledge and middle ware coding.
• The technical architect will be required to understand Broadsoft Switch and E911 provisioning for Commercial voice products such as SIP, BVE, IMS and PRI and developer services/orchestration logic for the same.
• The candidate should have strong Communications domain knowledge particularly in OSS area and should have broadsoft switch configurations and API knowledge.
• In addition to having strong technical skills, the architect will design Frameworks and Methodologies and approve designs to achieve functional and non-functional requirements and conformance to the architecture.
• He/she will assist in product/ solution development and own a part of the solution.
• The architect will participate in client discussions to understand the problems faced by the customer and articulate to the internal stakeholders.
• The architect will be responsible for design and coding governance to make sure development teams are following defined architecture principles and standards.
• He/she will conduct periodic reviews on critical/complex implementation and ensure the quality and implementations are as per defined standards and guidelines.
• Additionally, mentor, facilitate and assist architects and development team on technology, design and development.
