Job Title: BizTalk Developer

Location: Houston, TX

Duration: 6+ month

Job Description:

• BizTalk OLM Position
• Direct operations responsibility of Biztalk application portfolio as the primary support, and backup support for other Integration Service technologies like Streamserve (Output management)
• Responsible for Biztalk landscape management, which includes complex interfaces in EAI and IEI landscapes
• Work directly with KAS partners, like IBM and Wipro for functional support to find solution to reported issues or to initiate improvements to current processes.
• Work closely with Infrastructure providers and Biztalk platform support team on issues, incidents, S@Rs, Situations, maintenance activities, security fixes and improvement initiatives
• Work with software vendors to fix issues, upgrade software or apply patches.
• Build and nurture working relationship with stakeholders (CSM, EIS, CLM, Managed Services) on various stages of demand or situation managements.
• Knowledge and experience with Biztalk 2010/2013 and SQL server 2008 is a must
• Ensure seamless integration with ES and SOM\CLM teams to facilitate end to end delivery of services to the Business
• Represent SOM towards the IT/IM Managers for landscapes in scope sharing relevant information, and managing priorities/escalations.
• Perform Service Reviews on the landscapes in scope (including platform support) with the service providers
• Translate the need for new application services into written Service Agreements and Service Catalogues in a consistent way
• Be the ultimate sign off point for Transition to Support (agreement to deploy, agreement to operate)
