Job Title: Salesforce (SFDC) System Analyst

Duration: Long Term

Location: Bloomington, IL, US

Qualifications:

Strong SFDC Analyst to assist teams with the development and advancement of internal facing (company) business applications on the Salesforce platform. Successful candidates demonstrate exceptional strong decision-making skills, possess high initiative, extremely well organized, good interpersonal, and a commitment to quality. This is an opportunity to share knowledge, experiences, and be involved in a highly successful team environment .chosen must have outstanding verbal and written communications skills to provide direct updates to within the development team as well as business partners.

Skills/Professional Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Experience with Java
• Experience with APEX (Salesforce) coding language
• Experience with Spring Framework
• Object oriented design and design patterns experience
• Understanding of Source Control and Dependency Management tools
• Experience with JavaServer Pages (JSP)
• Experience taking a software application from inception, development, and to implementation
• Experience with Data Design best practices and exposure to common ETL (extract, transform, load) data operations in support of development
• Experience or knowledge of Agile Development practices
• Commitment to software practices of Continuous Integration, automated/repeatable testing, and collaborative work environments
• Commitment to incorporating quality software practices into all phases of the project life lifecycle
• Commitment to utilizing Open Source in the construction of the software solution
• Commitment to working in small highly competent teams

Additional Helpful Skills that are a plus:

• Experience Host development background
• Experience with SQL and DB2
• Strong problem solving skills.
