Job description:

• Under the direction of the Provider Assignment project manager, specialists’ major responsibilities include performing analysis, programming and testing activities for data integration between the Provider Assignment and TIENET modules of SESIS. Specialists will be expected to produce a fully synchronized dataset with the ability for additional changes to be synchronized across datasets. This will entail:
• Analyzing two MS SQL databases each with about two million rows, and growing.
• Review each field with the business owner to understand the field’s function/use in the overall business process.
• Developing logic to synchronize these two datasets, including
• Designing, coding, and testing a synchronization process that repairs records affected by manually and/or improperly added data
• Documenting all changes made to each dataset
• Producing a fully synchronized dataset with the ability for additional changes to be synchronized across these datasets.

Required Skills:

• 10+ years experience in data integration and synchronization, including
• Solutions Architecture
• Database Architecture
• Integration Architecture
• XML
• SQL
• Business Analysis
• SDLC
• Strong technical, analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving abilities
• Solid Interpersonal Skills
• Public sector experience & special education data experience highly desired.
