Job Description:
- Working withAvaya UDP tables and intermachine call routing
- Designing and testing Unified Communication Services in Avaya Aura
- Creating SIP trunks between Avaya S8800 and Cisco SME environments
- Migrating legacy Avaya PBX routing into Cisco UCM SME environment
- Working with Cisco CM operating system and related SIP hardware
- Working with Cisco Unity, Presence and UC clients
- Programming, monitoring and trouble-shooting Cisco SME
- Creating SIP trunks between Cisco Call Manager and SME environments
- Working with Cisco HCSLE platform and associated hardware, Cisco CUCDM programming interface, Cisco Emergency Responder and Cisco RTMT analyzer
- Designing and testing SIP integrations between: Cisco UCM, Avaya Aura, Avaya CM, Cisco Jabber
- Working with Cisco 3845/3945 trunk gateways and PRI facilities, Cisco VG202 and VG224 analog gateways and Cisco Unified Border Elements
- Working with Wire Shark or other related packet analyzers
- Capacity planning for SIP and PRI trunking facilities
- Working with E-911 concepts, terminology and configuration
- Trouble-shooting call path issues
- Working with Acme Packet Session Border Controllers, TCP/IP protocol and IP subnet hierarchy and SIP protocol
