Job Description:

• Working withAvaya UDP tables and intermachine call routing
• Designing and testing Unified Communication Services in Avaya Aura
• Creating SIP trunks between Avaya S8800 and Cisco SME environments
• Migrating legacy Avaya PBX routing into Cisco UCM SME environment
• Working with Cisco CM operating system and related SIP hardware
• Working with Cisco Unity, Presence and UC clients
• Programming, monitoring and trouble-shooting Cisco SME
• Creating SIP trunks between Cisco Call Manager and SME environments
• Working with Cisco HCSLE platform and associated hardware, Cisco CUCDM programming interface, Cisco Emergency Responder and Cisco RTMT analyzer
• Designing and testing SIP integrations between: Cisco UCM, Avaya Aura, Avaya CM, Cisco Jabber
• Working with Cisco 3845/3945 trunk gateways and PRI facilities, Cisco VG202 and VG224 analog gateways and Cisco Unified Border Elements
• Working with Wire Shark or other related packet analyzers
• Capacity planning for SIP and PRI trunking facilities
• Working with E-911 concepts, terminology and configuration
• Trouble-shooting call path issues
• Working with Acme Packet Session Border Controllers, TCP/IP protocol and IP subnet hierarchy and SIP protocol
