Position: Performance Test Engineer

Location: Boston, MA

Job Description: 

• Strong expertise in Gathering Non-functional Requirements (NFRs)
• Solid Middleware performance testing & analysis experience (preferably IBM Websphere ESB - WMB, DataPower, MQ, FTE)
• Strong Performance Test Scripting, Execution, Monitoring and Analysis skills using HP products
• Solid Communication skills and presentations skills to tech and non-tech audience 

Skill and Experience Details:

Performance Test Engineering

• Experience in analysing the bottlenecks and identifying an optimalconfiguration Proficient in the concepts of Capacity Modeling Hands-onKnowledge on any one Open Source Tools like OpenSTA, WebLoad, JMeter, WAS etc.
• Proficient in authoring Test Tools for Performance that includes the DataLoader, Resource Monitor, Results Macro etc. 

Application Testing

• Should be able to differentiate the different testing phases like UnitIntegration, System, Acceptance, Regression testingand should be capable to perform these tests with the help of ready-test cases.
• Should understand Test Plans, Requirement TraceabilityMatrix, Orthogonal Array Tool.
• Should be able to do metrics analysis and reliabilityanalysis effectively with DFA tool.

LoadRunner

• Experience in LoadRunner VuGen, Controller and Analysis module. Demonstrateexperience in analysis of results, identificaiton of bottlenecks andrecommendation of solutions
