Position: Oracle Apps DBA

Location: Boston, MA

Duration: 3+ Months

Job Description:

·         Senior Application DBA with 10 -15 yrs. exp

·         Strong Oracle POS implementation knowledge

·         Strong hands on experience in ORPOS installation, configuration and management

·         Strong hands on Apps DBA experience with Unix scripting, SQLs, PL/SQLs, Database creation, backup and Recovery

·         Ability to manage and fix performance issues on the ORPOS server, database performance issues and application performance issues

·         Ability to analyze technical issues and resolve them

·         Strong Oracle Database management background

·         Working knowledge on Oracle RAC, exposure to Oracle Exadata

·         Good communication skills

·         Strong leadership skills
