Position: Mainframe Developer

Location: Southfield, MN

Duration: 3+ Months

Job Description:

·         7 + years working in a mainframe environment with COBOL, IMS DB/DC, DB2, JCL, TSO/ISPF, Panvalet, UCC7/UCC11, Expediter, FOCUS., Syncsort, Endevor

·         Experience with batch and online programming

·         CICS experience preferred

·         Easytrieve beneficial

·         Experience working on enhancements to a legacy system

·         Experience utilizing IS ticketing system to manage operational maintenance activities and issue resolution

·         Ability to work independently at a senior level with minimal direction to meet tight timelines

·         Degree educated or relevant diploma in Computer Science

·         Considers the future requirements / i.e. not just reactive and short term

·         Able to operate with MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Power-point, SQL Navigator, Visio, etc.Systems Analyst /Programmer to augment its mainframe team that provides application support primarily for custom NABS and American Software Inc (ASI) systems which support its North American locations.
