Position: ITIL/ITSM Consultant

Location: Anchorage, Alaska

Duration: 3+ Months

Job Summary:

·         For ITIL / ITSM / ISO20000 / IT processes

·         Process audit, assessment and GAP analysis.

·         Process development and process engineering

·         Process implementation consulting

·         Process operation and maintenance support

·         Service quality improvement through continuous process improvement

Specialization: 

·         ITIL / ITSM implementation, Business Process/IT process transformation, ISO20000, Organization design, Operating Model, project / program management

Responsibilities:

·         Define ITIL V3 Processes

·         Establishing and executing strategic and tactical plans for a full scale implementation of the ITIL / ITSM framework across organization

·         Manage asses and analyze the current IT environment

·         Designing and implementing information system processes (ITIL based) and functions in a large complex IT organization

·         Managing and measuring processes compliance to established company policies/procedures, and lead continuous process improvement

·         Capable of developing and implementing new standard policies and procedures as well as improvements to existing policies and procedures

·         Expertise in interfacing with internal / external customers, external vendors and global teams

·         Comfortable and effective dealing with all levels within the organization, including Executive Management

·         Provide inputs to the tool configurations and implementation

·         Conduct periodic Internal Audits and Reporting

·         Maintenance of ITSM processes

·         Process scope

·         All Service Operation Processes of ITIL V3

·         Selected Service Transition process of ITIL V3 (Change & Release, Asset & Configuration)

·         Selected Service Design Processes (Availability, Capacity, Service Level and Service Catalogue)

·         Successfully led and manage process transformations for medium to large size organizations

·         Demonstrated experience managing tools and techniques required to effectively reengineer business/IT processes

·         Excellent process redesign facilitation skills

·         Proven ability to lead implementation and change and motivate at all levels within the organization and deliver business transformation results

·         Define the KPIs for ITIL processes.

·         Ability to influence and lead in a fast-paced and collaborative environment

·         Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills

·         Ability to manage and accelerate change in organizations

·         Broad experience working on project teams and structuring recommendations

·         Conduct ITIL workshops and training sessions.

Qualifications

·         Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Engineering discipline from a top university strongly preferred.

·         MBA in relevant discipline, consulting experience is a plus.

·         Proven background and experience of performing the role of a ITIL / ITSM implementation

·         ITIL V3 certifications is a plus

·         8 to 10 years of experience in IT processes / ITIL / IT operations
