- Minimum 5 years of experience in JDE OneWorld (HR, Payroll, Finance & Accounting)
- Previous experience in Production Support engagements
- Activities include creation & execution of a transition plan to acquire knowledge of the JDE application from the customer’s team
- Activities include Issue Resolution, problem support, liason with business for technical issues during Production Support
