Position: Oracle Apps DBA

Location: Irving, TX

Duration: Full time

Salary: Open/DOE

Job Description:

·         Should have around 6-10 years of experience in the Oracle Applications space.

·         Should have good experience in Oracle Application systems administration activities such as:

• Concurrent Manager configuration
• Concurrent Program registration
• Starting and stopping Oracle Applications services and processes
• Oracle Applications Manager
• Adpatch and other ‘AD’ utilities
• Autoconfig

·         Well versed with cloning of multimode and single nodes Instances with RAC.

·         Well versed in database patching (‘opatch’) on single node and multimode Instances.

·         Hands-on experience of backup and recovery scenarios with RMAN and without RMAN.

·         Involved in complete end to end Oracle Application Upgrades and Implementation.

·         Knowledge of Oracle Application Server technologies like 10gAS, BI tools.

·         Good troubleshooting skills on an R12 environment.
