Description:
- Over 10 years of combined technical experience with at least 3 years of onsite experience in the US or any other English speaking country, with cultural alignment to the US style of work, reporting on deliverables, communication etc.
- Ability to manage a team of technical resources and bring projects to completion from inception to final deliverable in a role of technical team lead.
- Background in application development using Java J2EE technologies
- Good understanding of portals, application integration and workflow, experience with BPM platforms is a big plus
- Experience with Red Had technologies such as JBoss Server, JBoss Portal, Tomcat, BRMS is a huge plus
- Good understanding of end user UI, business rules, human workflow automation technologies
- Must be creative thinker with ability to bring new ideas
- Must be a Good Listener
- Ability to communicate both in writing and verbally with end users, IT partners, collaborate with colleagues and manage up in the account setting.
- Most importantly – self reliant, self motivated, responsible individual
