Position: Web Developer / Liferay Admin

Location: Auburn Hills, MI

Job Description:

• This position will work on the Web COE team to support the Liferay for both the UDE Replacement project and OMD 2 project. It will work closely with the tools team and WebOps team to use the Continuous Integration tools for software configuration and deployment.
• Install, and configure Liferay Application Server and Portal.
• Provide administration and operational support, troubleshoot as well as set up alerts, monitoring and automated recovery.
• Monitor for service availability supporting business operations.
• Develop scripts to provision, monitor, and manage the enterprise environment.
•  Set up new communities and manage user roles.
• Document and implement Liferay best practices
• Years of experience – 5 Years of IT experience
• Type of degree needed – B.S.
