Position: Tech Lead BPM Consultant

Location: Kansas City, MO

Duration: 6+ months

 

Job Description:

• Tech lead for BPM/Case360 implementation
• Should have expertise on either Case360 or equivalent BPM tool with Java background (around 6-8 yrs total and min 3 yrs BPM experience)
• Would act as technical lead/manager for BPM implementation
• Work with customer business, IT and BA to discuss and finalize BPM process and interfacing requirements
• Should be familiar with work item management, capture tools, customer communication generation, routing rules, workflow, web services
• Work with offshore team to translate these requirements to solution design and implementation
• Should be primary interface for customer to resolve queries – technical and functional
• Should preferably have worked in insurance domain
• Should possess very good communication skills
• Should be able to provide status and liaison with customer project manager
