Title: Service Now Analyst

Client: Insurance

Duration: 6 Months +

Location: Berkeley Heights, NJ

Responsibilities:

• Finalize Business process flow, FAQ documents and SRD documents
• Identify tools and technologies for Reports and Dashboards
• Start and Achieve significant progress on development for Service Now implementation.

Skills:

• Tool: Any BI tool (Cognos, Qlikview etc – 3+ yrs), Service Now experience needed, desirably at a technical level but at the minimum at a user level.
• Database skills : Oracle
• Soft skills : Good Communication
• Note: Candidate should have experience on Service Now
