Job Description: 

• Project Lead with Experience of 8-10 Years. 
• Expertise is Telecom Service provider in OSS Provisioning Exposure to SOA based testing. 
• Understanding of Broadband network elements and Modem. Customer interfacing experience and should be able co-ordinate with customer test team. 
• Excellent communication skills. 
• Should have Valid Work Permit in USA and ready to travel. 

Skills and Experience Details:

• Test Project Management
• Leads a team that debugs software products through the use of systematic teststo develop, apply and maintain quality standards for company products. 
• Leads the development and execution of software test plans. 
• Analyzes and writes teststandards and procedures. 
• Ensures documentation of test results to assist indebugging and modification of software. 
• Analyzes test results to ensureexisting functionality and recommends corrective action. 
• Consults withdevelopment engineers in resolution of problems. 
• Supervises the day to day workof lower level individual contributors. 
• Work affects related activities withinthe project team. 
• Sets own work schedule for the project team to meetestablished objectives. 
• Applies own judgment to independently determine acourse of action, which is then executed through a team independently postreview. 
• Good project management skills are required. 
• Works on developing peoplemanagement skills.
• Would be treated as a one point contact by the junior teammembers. 
• May provide inputs on appraisals, feedback to employees and handlingwork allocations. 
• Responsible for coaching, guiding and mentoring juniormembers in the team to help them scale up faster.

Telecom Testing- OSS-

• Designed & Developed TDS & Test Plan in this subsystem for MULTIPLE features,OR was author for critical features in the subsystem.
• Could provide estimatesafter some investigation, could take up other feature in the subsystem 

SOA Testing

• Should be able to understand , analyze the business requirements at a higherlevel. 
• Prepare overall High level 'Test Plan and Test Strategy' for entire SOA Testing.
• Able to prepare 'Requirements Traceability Matrix'.
• Ability to analyzetest results, Defect Management.Ability to preare various 'Test Reports' and'Test Metrics'
