Job Description:

Lead for the Portal Authority Center of Excellence will perform highly advanced (senior-level) in-depth computer systems analysis work.

Work involves planning, budgeting, and analyzing user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing or to improve existing systems.

The candidate applies analytical skills to support the development, enhancement and maintenance of technical architecture and software solutions that range from simple to extremely complex applications.

This requires the individual to work with process improvement processes, and projects regarding, but not limited to, advanced computing technologies, operations, logistics, planning, and requirements deployment.
