Job Description:
Responsibilities
include:
·
Structure
and accuracy of technical documentation gathered in a timely manner throughout
the project life cycle
·
Concise
messaging to project stakeholders as well as GFS and MS leadership in bi-weekly
program updates and key project milestone presentations
·
Consistent
implementation and improvement of GFS and SSA automation tools and templates
Qualification
Summary:
·
Bachelor's
degree in Business or technical discipline
·
3-5
years of project management experience, managing multiple time sensitive
projects simultaneously
·
Proficiency
in MS Office suite, including, but not limited to Project, Excel, and
PowerPoint.
Experience Required:
·
Project
management experience in a high tech or construction industry is preferred and
familiarity with data center terminology and international experience is a
plus.
·
A
successful candidate must be able to manage ambiguity across multiple projects
with time sensitive deadlines, driving multi-disciplinary teams to unified
recommendations and decisions.
·
Organization
and attention to detail is imperative given the volume of data that will be
collected and processed and a history of cross boundary collaboration is essential.
·
Seeking
a proven ability to identify critical paths and manage support tasks
accordingly.
