Job Title: Java Developer / Technical Lead
Job Location: READING, PA
Duration: Full Time
Salary: Open/DOE

Job Description: 

• 8-10yrs experience
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
• Java-Javascript- Struts - Eclipse - HTML, CSS, XML - Spring MVC - Web Services
• Preferred - Understanding of object oriented concepts
• Experience in writing SQL for databases like DB2, Oracle.
• Relational Database Design-Preferred
• Experience with Source control tool like Subversion
• Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) 
• Excellent analytical skills for web application development

Responsibilities:

• Develop applications using web based technologies such as JSP, Servlets, Struts, Spring, Spring MVC, iBatis, HTML, Javascript, CSS and programming languages such as Java and C++.
• Participate in all aspects of the Penske defined Software Development lifecycle. Support existing software development efforts and develop new software modules.
• Designing backend database schemas, using concepts such as Database Normalization and use JDBC to write complex SQL statements
