Position: JAVA Application Support resource
Location: Las Vegas, NV
Job Description:
Requirements:
- At least 5+ years of
professional software development experience (with at least 3 years Java
Development)
- Expertise with server-side
Java development
- Expertise with Windows and
Linux Operating Systems (clustering, caching, in-memory databases, load
balancing, apache tomcat)
- Intermediate knowledge of
Oracle RDBMS, SQL Queries
- Excellent written and oral
communications skills
- Experience with conducting
root cause analysis
- Understanding of the
ticketing process and ticketing software (BMC Remedy will be a plus)
Additional
- Knowledge of MS SQL Server,
MySQL and other SQL Databases
- Experience providing end-user
support
- Experience with relational
database design and development
- Experience with Java
profiling and tuning
- Experience with Drupal
- Experience with JavaScript,
jQuery
- Experience with server
virtualization, security
