Position: Documentum consultant

Location: Vernon Hills, IL

Job Description:

·         Responsible for Incident Management, Problem Analysis and Change Management, Post Implementation Support, Troubleshooting, RCA for Documentum (Content Management) applications from L2 scope.

·         Responsible for supporting a Regulatory Document Management Solution using FirstDoc, Documentum, eCTDXpress, ISIPublisher and Alice.

·         Supports the design and configuration of suite of applications under FirstDoc.

·         Develops and maintains appropriate system documentation to ensure that documentation is current.

·         Oversees the maintenance of a library of system supporting process and procedure documentation.

·         Interacts with client Management to address Incidents, Service Requests, Problem Reports and Change Control.
