This is a Full-time, on-site role
for a US IT Bench Sales Recruiter located in Hyderabad (100% Onsite). As a US
IT Bench Sales Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the bench and
bringing on board bench candidates for our clients. You will be responsible for
sourcing, screening, and submitting talented candidates for new and existing
accounts. Additionally, you will work closely with technical teams and sales
teams to identify business opportunities and provide custom talent solutions.
Qualifications:
- Proven
track record experience in building and managing the Full Cycle of US
Bench Sales for large successful companies.
- Responsible
for promoting our own H1B and EAD consultants using an internal database,
personal contacts, vendor partnerships, publishing their profiles on
different online job sites, referrals, and internet groups
- Should
have good experience marketing & placing OPT/CPT/H1B/H1B-T/EAD’s/GC
& USC .
- Develop
and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Maintain
and grow a strong pipeline of IT consultants available for placement.
- Working
Knowledge of US Tax-terms (W2 and C2C).
- Must
be aggressive, a team player, dynamic & result-oriented.
- Ability
to meet targets on a regular basis.
- Experience
in working with all technologies.
- Experience
in working with vendors using different sourcing tools like Dice, Monster,
CareerBuilder
- Demonstrated
experience in strategic planning, market research, and customer insights.
