Title: PeopleSoft SCM Functional Consultant

Location: Detroit, MI

Duration: 18+ Months

MUST be a US Citizen

Required Experience/Knowledge:

·         Minimum 8-10 years of experience as a Functional consultant in PeopleSoft Fin/SCM applications more so in Inventory Management processes

·         Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Inventory functional processes in a Hospital setup

·         Strong knowledge of Inventory management processes in a Hospital setup

·         Strong knowledge of Receipts and Returns processes

·         Experience in business process re-engineering type assignments at other Hospitals

·         Knowledge of industry (Hospital) best practices for efficient inventory management

·         Experience in documenting the current processes

·         Experience/ability to joining in an otherwise halted re-engineering project in the middle,  but continue the project from where it was left off by the predecessors

·         Ability to identify the gaps or room for improvement in the Inventory management processes and publishing the future road-map

·         Develop the functional designs for the new/recommended processes

·         Facilitate necessary review sessions and obtain approvals at every stage

·         Extensive experience in making necessary Configuration changes within the PeopleSoft 9.2 system

·         Ability to get those new recommendations implemented working with all business stake holders and PeopleSoft IT team

·         Experience preparing use cases and testing the complete life cycle of Procure to Pay in PeopleSoft

·         Ability to work in a Team setting 

·         Strong communication skills

Other requirements:

·         Can be on Travel basis but need to work from Onsite only - remote work is not possible
